Terms And Conditions

  1. 1. Name of the scheme: Laxmi Flexi 11
  2. 2. Members can enroll for any deposit scheme starting with a minimum monthly installment of 500/- or more (in the multiples of 1000/-) for a period of 11 months.
  3. 3. There is no fixed enrolment date. A customer can become a member on any day he/she desires.
  4. 4. Any existing member can enroll in multiple schemes.
  5. 5. Customer KYC is must to avail the scheme membership.
  6. 6. You have the flexibility to pay your monthly installments on any date of the month.
  7. 7. The eligibility criteria for receiving discounts apply to members who consistently make all their monthly installments without any defaults.
  8. 8. You have the option to pay either in cash at our store or through any of the online payment methods available to our members.
  9. 9. At the time of redemption, the membership will be deemed to be cancelled once the redemption is done.
  10. 10. Receipts will be issued for every deposit. The same shall also reflect in your app.
  11. 11. Any discrepancies in the card entries or the receipts should be brought to Management's notice within 2 days of entry.
  12. 12. In case of any default/delay in the payments, the redemption date will be postponed accordingly to the delayed period.
  13. 13. However, in case of discontinuation of the scheme in between by any member, redemption of only the invested amount into jewellery will be possible, and that too only after the scheme period is over. Any rewards or discounts shall not be applicable to schemes stopped in between by the member.
  14. 14. The maturity date (redemption date) shall be 30 days from the date of the last successful installment/deposit.
  15. 15. The monthly investment schemes are specifically designed for purchasing jewelry (gold and silver), and cannot be used for cash, refunds, or bullion.
  16. 16. Delivery of Jewellery is subject to government taxes.
  17. 17. You must close the "Laxmi Flexi 11" scheme within 430 days from the date of opening your account.
  18. 18. All disputes are subject to Tamilnadu State Jurisdiction.
  19. 19. The scheme cannot be combined with any other schemes run by our company.
  20. 20. Management has all the rights to accept/reject any application without any reason.
